Edisson Seropian has been a successful practicing lawyer and litigation attorney for over thirty three years.  Mr. Seropian holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from California State University and received his legal training and education from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton California. Additionally, Edisson has specialized in real estate law and real estate finance practice while holding California’s Real Estate Broker’s license number 01364236 since 2013 as well as NMLS license number 386888.  He has practiced before California Appellate Court and the Federal District Courts, as well as engaged with FAA, BIA and many other Federal forums to solve clients' issues.  His experience in real estate finance and construction matters has enabled him to serve his clients with efficient and winning strategies in litigation forums and complex negotiation venues in a consistently productive manner.  Edisson is a well-travelled individual, having spent time in Asia and Europe.  Edisson has traveled frequently to China since 1998 and has served and continues to represent a wide number of clients from the Chinese communities in greater Los Angeles and Santa Barbara counties. 

 

Edisson brings a wealth of experience and “out of the box” legal strategies in solving clients’ issues, while holding the highest standards of integrity and expertise to address clients’ objectives. He has also embark in selective clients engaged in aviation industries seeking solutions from Federal Aviation Associations for clients. 

 

Edisson is a fluent scholar in spoken and written Armenian, Farsi and English, and passable French.  Edisson’s diverse and international travel background has led him to explore and close gaps between cultures in his practice of law in business related issues, immigration law, related investments. Finally, beyond his law practice, Edisson divides his spare time enjoying traveling, flying as a private pilot;  as well as engaging in various recreational sports such tennis, swimming, sailing, hiking, target shooting at the range, photography, backgammon, and chess.
